We adopt double-shaft mixer, which has compact structure, beautiful appearance, stable running, convenient operation, high production efficiency.

There is vibrator on the mixer so as to make the materials without blocking.

Vertical mold car - 1st kind

Capacity: Vertical mold car is large, can produce 40 sheets one times.

Finished board type: this kind of mold can produce sandwich board(with surface board)

Full automatically demold car

It is fully automatically demold the wall panel. It can demold 20 sheets one time and need about 20 mins for one mould car, which improve the capacity and save labor cost.
